Shinkong Textile develops functional fabrics for brands that need reliable performance in real use. Our work focuses on how fabrics behave in wear, care, and changing conditions, not just how they look.

Our performance development covers protection from the elements, temperature regulation, sweat handling, dynamic movement and drape, low-maintenance care, added hygiene or safety features, and long-term resistance to wear. These functions are built through fiber choice, yarn engineering, fabric construction, and finishing—depending on the needs of each product.

Alongside performance, we use a range of material strategies in development, including circular design concepts, responsible sourcing, cleaner finishing processes, reuse of waste streams, and lower-impact production methods. These approaches are applied across different programs and materials, depending on design goals and technical requirements.
